    Slowly but surely

    I started the new year the heaviest I have ever been, over 88kgs. With the thought of wanting to have another baby I knew I needed to do something. I have tried weight loss shakes before and new they worked but i miss the act if eating. A quick Google search lead me to Dukes with oats and soup.

    I've lost 10kgs since starting dukes Sept 1st.

    Great taste and gluten free!

    These shakes are the best! I love the range of flavours ( love the caramel and strawberry in particular) and they are not too sweet. Bonus is the shaker tumbler that I don’t have to plug in! Just add water, shake and drink! They really do fill you up and don’t leave you feeling hungry. Great size portions and am looking forward to the soups. I’m gluten reactive so these were easy on the tummy too. Will definitely order again!

    Dukes shakes game changer

    I started Dukes shakes to help my overall health and I’ve found that it’s helped my pain from non alcoholic fatty liver disease and slowly am seeing changes in my body weight/shape wise just by having 1 shake a day at breakfast. Love that the shakes are gluten free!

    Amazing!!!

    Absolutely amazing product, I’ve tried many other brands but nothing compares to Dukes. It’s not gritty and no horrid aftertaste, I also haven’t found a flavour I don’t like, although banana bread is my winner!

    Best thing for on the road!

    Lost 2.4kgs within a week of using it and replacing 1-2 meals, some days I’d only replace one and others I’d replace two!

    I have really enjoyed my 1st week on Dukes Shakes, Oats & Soups & with the scales showing 2.2 down (which I realise maybe fluid) I will take that as a winner winner chicken dinner & continue.

    Just placed my order for my next delivery, excited to try the Raspberry White Chocolate shake.

    I am a work in progress but excited for great results.
