Every flavour delivers 14g of protein per bar - that's the same across Double Choc, Cookies & Cream, Salted Caramel and Choc Peanut.

Between 134–139 calories per bar, depending on the flavour - Double Choc and Cookies & Cream sit at 134, Salted Caramel at 135, and Choc Peanut at 139.

All four flavours sit under 1.8g of sugar per bar - Double Choc is lowest at under 1.6g.

Each Crunch Bar is 45g.

No - Crunch Bars are a snack, not a meal replacement. They're designed to sit alongside your regular meals (or your Dukes shakes and soups) as a high-protein, fuss-free treat.

All four flavours contain soy. Choc Peanut also contains peanuts. All flavours are made on equipment that also processes almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, lupin, macadamia, milk, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, sesame, sulphites and walnuts (and peanuts, for the three non-peanut flavours). Always check the pack for the most current allergen statement.

Crunch Bars are formulated to be low in sugar, but we'd always recommend checking with your healthcare provider for individual dietary advice.
