These low calorie apple and cinnamon cookies are a great option for anyone eating in a calorie deficit. Made with ripe bananas, Dukes apple and cinnamon oats, sugar free maple syrup, vanilla essence, and Noshu white chocolate chips, they contain no flour, no butter, and no refined sugar. Steps
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mash bananas in a large bowl until smooth.
Add vanilla essence and sugar free maple syrup.
Stir to combine.
Add in oats and baking powder.
Mix until a thick mixture forms.
Scoop 12 even balls onto a lined baking sheet. Shape into your desired form as they will not spread or change shape in the oven.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until golden.
