Yes all of the shakes and soups are are very low in sugar. For example our shakes have only 0.5g to 1.2g of sugar per serve. And all of our soups have between 2.2 and 2.4g of sugar with the exception of the pumpkin soup which has 5.5g of sugar per serve (which is all natural and comes from real pumpkins!).
